How many times have you told yourself you want to “eat better?” My goal is to help you define what that means to you and your health.
I started my nutrition private practice because I have an ability to help people discover in themselves how they can improve their health. I am not here to tell you what you SHOULD be doing, I am here to help you discover how you can implement changes into your every day habits that will improve your health. In our appointments, I hope to help you eat better, not perfect.

Why meet with a dietitian
Sometimes we already know what we need to change to reach our health goals but cannot seem to make the changes we want. Having someone to keep you accountable often helps
I use a technique called motivational interviewing to help you apply the knowledge you have to help you take steps to changing your habits.
Learn what will help you reach your health goals and what will hurt your health. A lot of times, the amount of certain foods is more important than all or nothing.
As a registered dietitian, I provide recommendations based on the current research. However, in my 8+ years experience as a registered dietitian, I have learned many tips and tricks to help apply the recommendations to a variety of preferences and health conditions.
